Items purchased on our website are shipped directly from our factory located in Warwick Farm NSW Australia. We use Australia Post for all deliveries.
Upon checkout, our website uses Australia Post calculator to work out delivery cost based on the items size, weight and your location Australia-wide.
Any orders received and paid for before 2pm are dispatched same business day.
If for any reason your order cannot be shipped you will be notified either by phone or return email.
If you are not available when Australia Post attempts delivery, they should leave a card advising your parcel is available for collection from your local post office. If you have not received anything and think your parcel is taking longer than expected to arrive, please contact us for tracking details.
Hunter Express is used for large/bulky items such as supercharger kits and transmissions. For these orders we ask you to please contact us directly to organise shipping.
